With this 2,300 sq ft Santa Monica location, Charter Spectrum took the opportunity to tailor their existing store design program into something unique. 

Burn Mantra’s preliminary interior solution showcases Spectrum’s innovation with a local vibe, connecting the leading service provider to its surrounding neighborhood.

Leaving the ceiling joists and flooring exposed leverages the charm of the original structure. Painted wood slats line the perimeter walls and grey acoustic felt is added to the fixtures to help absorb sound.

For efficiency, a multi-functional fixture spans the center room and is a place for customers to check in, sit or interact with reps at the counter level.
